Deborah Perry Piscione is an author, Silicon Valley entrepreneur, speaker, and culture and innovation expert.
Deborah is a principal of Vorto Consulting, a Silicon Valley–based innovation consultancy firm that focuses on growth. She is also a serial entrepreneur, bestselling author, and public speaker, and specializes her speaking and consulting work in her innovation methodology, Improvisational Innovation.
Deborah is currently on tour with her latest book, The Risk Factor: Why Every Organization Needs Big Bets, Bold Characters, and the Occasional Spectacular Failure. In The Risk Factor, she reveals how risk-taking can enable organizational change and internal innovation.
