Pat Wadors is the chief people officer at Procore.
Before working at Procore, Pat leveraged her experience scaling world-class talent organizations—including LinkedIn, where she served as the senior vice president of global talent—to help redesign and transform ServiceNow. She worked as the senior vice president of human resources and facilities at Plantronics, where she focused on leveraging social networking systems and technologies to enable employees to do their job anywhere and at any time. She has also served as an HR executive advisor at Twitter and the senior vice president of HR at Yahoo!, where she was responsible for leading the HR business partner function for the entire global business line, managing over 14,500 employees.
